Incremental “updates” (patches or minor enhancements) are performed automatically through our programs via our web server. In order to receive critical updates and patches, users MUST HAVE a live internet connection on the machine that is running our software. These “updates” are free of charge for registered users.

Upgrades contain major changes or enhancements. There is always a charge for upgrading from one version to another.

If you do any insurance billing and you are using Massage Office 2.2 or earlier, you must upgrade to, at least, Massage Office Standard to have the most current CMS-1500 form with NPI number capability. This has been mandatory since June of 2007. If you are getting CMS forms kicked back from insurance companies, this is most likely the reason. You will also be able to take advantage of some of the enhancements in this version such as:

• 2 updated anatomical images (male & female) for treatment notes
• 6 coloring buttons instead of five that are now user definable

From Massage Office Standard to Massage Office Professional V2 (Includes conversion utility to move data from Massage Office Standard) $269.00

Prior to Jan of 2005, Massage Office was sold by version number (2.1 or 2.2). Since that time, we have changed to a system of product branding to avoid confusion because of having two different products. Massage Office v2.2 was upgraded / enhanced and became Massage Office Standard. We also launched our Massage Office Professional product. Please refer to the comparison chart for a complete list of features. All upgrade versions come with a full conversion utility so there is no need to re-enter data.
