ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Colleen (Steigerwald) Holloway, LMT, is a 1991 graduate of The New Center
for Holistic Health, Education and Research. She also holds a Business Associates
Degree. Colleen is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, formerly
holding positions as NYS Education Chairperson, NYS Annual Convention Speaker
Chairperson, and NYS Delegate.
Becoming an expert in the insurance field, she has taught insurance reimbursement
seminars for over nine years, throughout New York State. Successfully winning
a no-fault insurance arbitration ruling, Colleen set precedence for all New
York State licensed massage therapists to receive no-fault insurance reimbursement.
Colleen is the founder of Professional Massage Associates, a prosperous massage
therapy business, with a staff of eight, which she recently sold for over
six figures.
Having hands on experience as both a massage therapist and a business owner,
